Burlesque ;)

merry christmas, everyone!

Yayayayayayayay!

This is a published post (written on Christmas Eve),

but I know by the time this is posted tomorrow,

i'll have watched my daughter open some of her presents :))

I'll be sure to post some pics on here.

Anyway,

I wanted to share my makeup that I wore for Christmas Eve.

I haven't posted a makeup look in awhile,

and since it's my favorite part of the nail/beauty world I figured i'd return to it for this special day!

I used:

Too Faced's Shadow Insurance

UD's 'Maui Wowie'- inner corners & brow bone

MUG 'Burlesque' - lid

UD's 'Occupy' & 'Black Dog' -crease

Covergirl Line Exact eyeliner

L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes mascara

I've been dying to use 'Burlesque' because it's the color that i'm so into right now.

The pictures make it look much more reddish-orange than it is. In real life, it's a lovely deep plum color. I love it! I wore a similarly colored top to go with it, as well as black pants.

It's a pretty straightforward look that just requires a tiny bit of blending,

so it's something anyone could do :)
